Helpful tip: when you write, please mention your name, your time zone, and (if you’re already a student) which plan you’re on (Starter, Progress or Intensive). It helps us respond faster.
Quick help
Change or cancel my plan
You can change or cancel your monthly plan any time before the next renewal.
Just send us an email and we’ll confirm the change.
Reschedule a lesson
If you need to move a lesson, please contact us as early as you can
(ideally 24 hours before). We try to stay flexible and fair.
Problem with a payment
If something looks wrong with a payment, contact us first so we can check it together.
We use secure payments via Stripe and PayPal.
